Our priority is to raise awareness and lead by example. We are a 1% For The Planet company doubling down for our world’s oceans by giving 2% of proceeds to our friends at Sustainable Surf and their SeaTrees initiative.

SeaTrees directly supports communities and scientists who protect and regenerate blue carbon coastal ecosystems. This includes planting mangrove trees, restoring kelp forests, coral reefs, seagrass meadows, and conserving coastal watersheds. We love the work SeaTrees does in restoring aquatic ecosystems, and feel it is the crucial and rapid change we need for our planet at this time!

EARTH-FIRST CONSTRUCTION

Our mission is to create wetsuits that maximize warmth, fit, and performance with minimal impact on the planet. Earth-First Construction is woven throughout to reduce water and energy consumption by 60%, reduce CO2 Emissions by 72% and keep harmful chemicals from entering our waterways with solvent-free water-based glues and dyes.
Our eco-carbon black neoprene wetsuits are fabricated with sustainably sourced limestone and recycled tire rubbers to create a more eco-friendly neoprene wetsuit.
BLUE CARBON INITIATIVE

We love our friends at SeaTrees! This organization has dedicated its work to restoring aquatic forests and is directly responsible for planting over 2 million trees as of 2022.

CIRCULAR SOLUTIONS

When we first started KASSIA+SURF, our mission was to develop a wetsuit recycling concept that allowed for a circular solution for the end of a wetsuit's life cycle closing the loop.
We are excited to offer a fully circular solution with our Wetsuit Recycling Program. We've teamed up with Suga to create recycled yoga mats using 100% of your old wetsuits and neoprene scraps from our cutting room floor.

Meet SeaTrees

WHAT DOES HIGH VIBE | LOW IMPACT MEAN?

One of the key ingredients to our Eco Carbon Black Neoprene. Created with recycled tire rubber. Significantly reducing energy consumption and cutting CO2 emissions.
We use earth-mined limestone to replace petrochemicals in our wetsuits. It comes from nature, has a softer environmental impact, and better overall performance.
Eco-friendly, non-toxic, solvent free, safe to handle, and keeps our waterways clean and happy.
Recycled poly, often called rPET, is created from recycled plastics. Its a great way to up-cycle plastics, diverting them from landfills and waterways. The production of rPET requires fewer resources and generates fewer CO2 emissions.
Our yarns are colored before knitting. That means no water is used during the dying process.
